After graduating high school Bianca started her Real Estate career as the Administration Assistant with Bayleys Canterbury in 2012. Being involved in sports Bianca naturally is a good team player and all-rounder who thrives on challenges. From there she rapidly progressed through the company as a Residential Administrator. She recognised the administration role required good organisation - planning skills and accuracy. Bianca is now a full time Personal Assistant to Rosemarie de Jong. This requires full administrative support for Rosemarie to meet her objective in maximising the value of her clients’ needs through the delivery of superior service.

After graduating in 2013, Claudia spent a year working and travelling throughout Europe before returning to New Zealand and starting at Bayleys Canterbury as the company’s Administration Assistant. During her time in this role Claudia worked well under pressure to deliver results in a calm and professional manner. Here she was able to display her skills as an effective communicator and her attention to detail. Claudia then took the opportunity to join Team Rosemarie de Jong at the end of 2015 to provide more administrative support.
